A product is an idea developed into a digital application. A product is associated with a product portfolio that delivers a common value to customers. The Product screen allows you to manage various tasks that include adding a new product, viewing other products, filtering products or sorting them, based on modification date or creation date. Filtering and sorting helps you to quickly find the product you are looking for, from the complete list.

Phases of a Product

What tasks can I perform from the Products screen?

Depending on your role, you can perform the following tasks from the Products screen:

  • Under My Products, view the products that you are associated with.
  • Under All Products, view a list of all the products that are publicly available.
  • Click + New Product to create a new product, link it to a portfolio, create a release and feature, add stages to the product, and configure each stage of the product.
  • Click Filters to filter the product list based on:
    • Workflow Status - select one of the status - None, Draft, In review, Approved, Rejected, Rework, Scheduled for Approval.
    • Created By or Product Team Member - Select a name from the dropdown list.
    • Created Between - Select the period from the calendar.
    • Click Apply.
  • Switch to List View - Click the list view icon . Click the grid view icon to switch back to grid view.
